    We comply with all guidelines relating to occupational health and safety and review them regularly.

    Occupational safety:

    • We have a safety officer as well as an external specialist for occupational safety.
    • Occupational Safety Committee (ASA) for current occupational safety topics and improvement opportunities (occupational accidents/hazard assessment).
    • Regular training, including forklift truck, fire protection and fire alarm exercises.

    Health protection:

    • Company doctor for all employees, preventive health care offers, such as vaccinations
    • Regular instruction in the handling of hazardous substances

    • We regularly support the St. Josef children's and youth home in Mannheim (Germany), in the immediate vicinity of our company headquarters.
    • In recent years, our support has been used, among other things, to equip a workroom and to purchase new playground equipment for the outdoor area.

    Fair pay and guarantee of workers' rights

    • Collective agreement: We are a member of the Employers' and Entrepreneurs' Association Wholesale-BW. We pay our employees according to the collective agreement and grant them all the rights and benefits of a collective agreement. This includes collectively agreed salary increases, Christmas and holiday bonuses as well as 30 days' holiday. In addition, there is a company pension scheme.
    • Flexible working hours model with core working hours, 38.5 hours/week.
    • We support vocational training and provide training on a regular basis.
    • Individual further training concept for employees, assumption of further training costs by the company.
